I booked the distillery tour through heavenhill.com, and the whole process was easy. When I got there, check-in went smoothly, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, so no complaints on that part.

The tour was interesting, and I’m glad I did it, but for me it felt a bit rushed. Our group was also a little crowded, and I found myself wishing we had more time to slow down, look around, and ask a few questions instead of moving from one spot to the next so quickly.

The tasting was enjoyable, though the pours were definitely small, which I expected. I also browsed the gift shop afterward, but the prices felt high. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as memorable or relaxed as I was hoping it would be...

I do like what they offer, so I guess I’ll put up with it, but actually trying to buy anything was frustrating. A bunch of bottles I clicked on were either unavailable or just sent me around in circles looking for a place to purchase. It felt more like I was casually browsing than actually shopping. I just wish they made availability clearer up front so I didn’t waste so much time...

I don’t really get why anyone would make a big deal out of it, because the service was nice and the person who helped me handled everything without any fuss. It was simple, quick, and I didn’t have to argue or explain myself over and over

I thought this was a good bourbon overall. The flavor is nice and it definitely feels like a decent-quality bottle, but it does come across a bit strong for my taste. Still, for the price, I’d say it’s a solid buy if you like something with a little kick.

I don’t think it was worth the money. The website made it seem like I was getting something a lot more premium, so I was kind of confused when it showed up and felt average. For the price, I expected better quality or at least more value. I’d only consider buying again if it was way cheaper.
